With regard to Bani Gala’s regularisation, some sources have reported that the PM has submitted documents which relate to the mapping & ownership of his property to the concerned authority.
Back in December 2018, the Supreme Court (SC) had issued orders to CDA regarding regularisation of structures in Bani Gala. The CDA had been asked to provide details of the laws and fees it has imposed for meeting this end.
