Lahore: The Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has started to offer its services for company registration in Gwadar, a news source reported. The commission is among the pioneer departments to have offered facilities to local and international businesses looking to operate from Gwadar Free Zone.
Reportedly, SECP is working efficiently for business registration where a company’s registration is completed with 24 hours of providing the necessary documents. In addition, the applications for company registration are also received both online and offline. For this purpose, details on operation procedure is available on SECP’s official website, where the online registration fee is PKR 1,500, while that for following the conventional application process is PKR 3,000. The application fee can be paid via debit and credit card.
