Quetta: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta administration has announced its decision to reduce the registration fee for authorisation of dealers, according to a post shared on the authority’s official Facebook page on April 5. The ‘News Flash’ states that the offer is valid for a limited period of time.

Reportedly, the decision was taken on requests made by the dealers after the authority successfully conducted the ballot of Early Bird and 5 Marla Marketing files. The ballot was held on March 30 via computer software to maintain the utmost transparency. Also, the event was streamed live on DHA Quetta’s official Facebook page for timely delivery of the balloting information to its members.

As per the details, the DHA Quetta administration has reduced the registration fee for dealers’ authorisation by 50%. The property dealers getting registered with the authority before April 15, can enjoy this waiver. The same post also mentions that after the deadline passes, the unauthorised dealers will not be allowed to operate and conduct business in the society.
