Hyderabad: The judicial water commission has recommended banning high rise constructions in Hyderabad in its report, according to a news source.
The divisional commissioner Muhammad Abbas Baloch and member of committee formed by the judicial water commission to submit his report has completed his task. He submitted the report that places the cause of disorganised construction around the city on the various government agencies and departments.

The report also recommends that for the transfer of land to any of the agencies, the approval of Sindh Building Control Authority should be obtained.
The report also recommends that 250 buildings declared dangerous in the city should be immediately demolished.
The report also recommends taking action against officials of the various agencies responsible for illegal construction around the city. The report maintains that if action is not taken and illegal construction continues it will cause more losses to the public.
