The increasing number of registered companies in the real estate development and construction sector suggests that the industry is experiencing a boom in November. Market analysts have associated this increased interest in real estate with the business being a lucrative investment option. It is also pertinent to mention that SECP registered a whopping 4,791 new real estate development and management firms during the current financial year (FY) 2021–22, the highest number in the last few years.
