Rawalpindi: The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has warned the public against investing in Boulevard City, saying that the project hasn’t received an RDA-issued no objection certificate (NOC), according to a news source.
Taking notice of the developer’s act of marketing the project, RDA Metropolitan Planning and Traffic Engineering director has issued a legal notice to the society. According to RDA’s law, no housing society can market its project without prior approval from the civic body.
