Rawalpindi: The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has decided to launch a housing society and RDA Complex in the city, according a new source. Reportedly, the decision has been taken to increase finances for the development authority.
According to details, these projects will be launched in a private-public partnership, as a joint venture, and on build-operate-transfer basis, as it will keep the RDA from bearing the costs of the projects. Reportedly, these decisions were taken in the 41st Authority meeting of the body, which was held after three years.
