Rawalpindi: The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has decided to launch a housing society and RDA Complex in the city, according a new source. Reportedly, the decision has been taken to increase finances for the development authority.
According to details, these projects will be launched in a private-public partnership, as a joint venture, and on build-operate-transfer basis, as it will keep the RDA from bearing the costs of the projects.
