Rawalpindi: The Rawalpindi Development Authority has decided to launch a housing scheme for its small-scale employees, reported a news source. The development body has already given a formal approval for setting up this housing scheme.

The RDA will officially market the project after the Eid-ul-Fitr holidays. The planning process for this project has been underway for a while. According to RDA Chairman Arif Abbasi, the development authority started the planning process for setting up this large-scale housing scheme three months ago. He revealed that the process is now complete.

While the RDA housing scheme is meant primarily for its small-scale employees, the development authority has also reserved a specific quote for lower class. For this purpose, the RDA has also included the 3-marla plot size in project inventory. To make the project even more affordable for deserving buyers, the RDA will offer plots on a convenient payment plan.
