The RDA Chairman revealed that the civil body’s architecture branch had been instructed to formulate the designs for the additional floors. He also stated that the RDA would conduct a survey in different areas (such as China Market and Satellite Town etc.) to ascertain the best locations to construct new parking plazas. In addition, the chairman vowed that a bus terminal would also be constructed on the ground floor of the plaza, for the public’s convenience.
The parking plaza in Raja Bazaar was constructed back in 2010, and was originally supposed to have six storeys. However, only three were built at the time, and these additional three floor will fulfil the original plan.
