The civic agency will construct the three buildings on its land situated at Liaquat Bagh, in Sherpao Colony, and on Saidpur Road. The project will be completed on a public-private partnership basis.
As per reports, RDA is currently utilising the office space for its use in the Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) building as it cannot construct a building for its own use at present.
Previously, the authority had decided to utilise 10 kanals in Civil Lines for commercial purposes. However, it was unable to procure the land on legal grounds.
