RDA Chairman Arif Ali Abbasi recently took notice of the unnecessary delays in the approval procedure of the building plans that meet all legal requirements.
Furthermore, he once again requested the public to practice caution in case of illegal housing schemes. He also clarified that the civic body plans to demolish site offices of these projects.
He urged potential buyers to verify the status of housing schemes by clicking on RDA’s official website, before they engage in buying and selling activities.
