Rawalpindi: Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has decided to amend its building regulations and housing scheme, states a news report.
According to details, RDA is also considering increasing map fees and penalty charges on builders who do not incorporate the building bylaws in their projects. Reportedly, these rates have remained unchanged for the last four years. The proposals in this regard will be presented in the next RDA Governing Body meeting for approval.
