Rawalpindi: The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has stated that it will attend to the queries of the general public through telephonic communication, according to a publication. The civic agency has announced this initiative in the wake of office closures announced by the Punjab government.

It further stated that the RDA offices will not receive any visitors till further notice in the wake of coronavirus disease outbreak in the country. The general public, however, can contact the authority offices from 9 am to 4 am in order to register their concerns.

Meanwhile, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has introduced several measures for the coronavirus prevention. To this effect, hand sanitizers have been installed in the CDA’s public dealing outlets.
Moreover, staff members at these outlets have also been instructed to wear gloves and masks as a precaution against the rapidly spreading coronavirus disease. Visitors are instructed to use the hand sanitizers provided at the gate of the premises.
