Islamabad: Blue World City Managing Director (MD) Chaudhry Naeem Ijaz has stated that all the necessary legal criteria for ‘Blue World City’ has been fulfilled, a news source reported. As per the publication, the managing director held a meeting with Punjab Governor Chaudhry Sarwar during which he announced his organisation’s decision to develop houses for 4,000 families.

Blue World City has already received no-objection-certificates (NOCs) from the irrigation, Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), environment, and revenue departments. Ijaz said that he would soon secure the NOC from the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA).

He also informed the governor about the plans to develop free homes for deserving people in Islamabad and Lahore. The governor assured him of all possible assistance in the completion of the projects.

In response, Ijaz said that the World Blue City team was committed to Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan’s vision of providing free housing facilities to low-income families in the country.
