Rawalpindi: The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has instructed the developers of private housing schemes to reserve 1% of the project area to set-up parks, graveyards and roads, a news source reported. This specific piece of land will also have to be transferred to the RDA.
Furthermore, the RDA has notified housing schemes that use the name of a federal or provincial department to share the NOC issued by the respective department as proof of their association. The developers of these so called corporative housing schemes have to share the needed documents within two weeks of this notice’s issuance.
