The director of the MP&TE Directorate said that the owners of these housing schemes were issued notices under the related section of Punjab Private Housing schemes and Land Subdivision Rules 2010.
He said that the RDA would not show any tolerance or grant any favours to encourage these schemes developed in violation of law. He also opined for the public to remain careful about their investments in any such properties as it will lead to loss of valuable sums.
