Rawalpindi: The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has notified the fees for different services accessible at its headquarters’ one window operation centre (OWOC), news sources reported on October 12.
As per the sources, the new fees will be effective immediately. This also includes services fees for all construction-related matters including transfer, map approval, building completion approval and land use change approval. In a statement related on Monday, the RDA spokesperson said that the step was taken to serve the citizens better and ensure they are paying the designated fees only. In this regard, fee information is also posted outside the one-stop shop so applicants do not encounter any difficulties.

He also stated that everyone must follow the laws and regulations governing new structures and that actions are being done to address the issues that the public is experiencing.
