The meeting was chaired by Commissioner (r) Captain Mohammad Mehmood and discussed this project among Leh Expressway, Rawalpindi Ring Road, Daducha and Chahan dams projects. The development work on the Rawalpindi Institute of Urology (RIU) was also reviewed.

The senior RDA officials also informed the meeting that the Ammar Chowk remodeling plan was approved by the Punjab Planning and Development Department (P&D), but will now need to be revised to complement the Mono Train project.
