Rawalpindi: The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has begun work on an online complaint management system, a news source reported. The new system will enable public to complain online and receive the report on their complaints through the program titled “Complaint Management System” (CMS).
The citizens of Rawalpindi will be able to complain about WASA, water, sewerage, cleanliness, housing societies, broken roads among other things online, from their homes. The problem will be resolved the same day and you will be provided with a report the same day.
IT Experts are working on RDA’s website now for the purpose, according to RDA Chairman Arif Abbasi. The website will be prepared free of cost.
The approved housing schemes of the entire district will also be available on the website. The database of these housing scheme will include approved maps, layout plans, and plot numbers. The plots that are sold by the housing scheme will be marked sold on the website. No housing scheme will be able to sell more than the approved number of the plots.
It will be compulsory on the societies to have a graveyard, school, hospital, community centre, and market.
The list of all the illegal housing societies will also be available on the website. The system will become functional in December.
