The project will include 3-, 5- and 7-marla plots; with these properties expected to be offered on convenient instalment plans to low-income government employees and private workers – including small traders. The project to set up low-cost housing scheme in Rawalpindi was proposed back in August, 2018.
The plots will come equipped with basic facilities, including water electricity and gas supplies. Additional planned facilities include a school, a mosque and a shopping mall.
