Rawalpindi: Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) will work to improve its civic facilitation centre and acquire latest technology to resolve public complaints – a news source reported.

Speaking on the matter, RCB Cantonment Executive Officer Sibtain Raza has instructed the cantonment officials to dispose of all the complaints on a daily basis. The board will soon introduce a new system to monitor complaints.
The facilitations was launched to provide one-window services to the public looking to obtain birth certificates, approval of building plans, transfer of land, sanitation and property tax.

RCB spokesman Qaiser Mehmood has said that the basic aim of the new system is to provide maximum facilities to people.
He further said that the board is working to resolve water shortage problems in the area on a priority basis.

He also said that the tax recovery was excellent in the last fiscal year and the target for 2019-20 will be achieved in next two quarters of the current fiscal.
