Rawalpindi: Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) has launched an app to facilitate residents with water issues, according to a news report. A complaint centre has also been established along with an Android app, so citizens could quickly report any issues related to water availability.
RCB Spokesman Qaiser Mehmood gave a special briefing on this to RCB Vice President Malik Munir and other members of RCB who appreciated these efforts to facilitate the citizens. The process to register complaints and their solution was also demonstrated at the briefing. RCB has been moving towards improved digitisation of its records and processes, and has computerised the records for property tax and water supply charges. RCB is computerising the data of its employees as well.
