Rawalpindi: Rawalpindi Deputy Commissioner Anwar-ul-Haq has set up four teleclinics in various parts of the city to provide online assistance to people seeking Covid-19 related information and treatment, a news source reported.

These facilities have been set up at:
- Basic Health Clinic, Dhok Mungtal
- Government Health Dispensary, Dhok Mustaqim
- Basic Health Clinic Kotha Kalan
- Basic Health Clinic Rehmatabad
One more teleclinic facility will be set up once related arrangements are finalised. A private medical transcription billing company has helped the city administration set up these facilities free of cost.

Meanwhile, a panel of medical specialists is providing online health services from Holly Family Clinic. Rawalpindi Medical University Vice Chancellor Dr Muhammad Umar heads this team. The patients share their medical conditions with the doctors online and get the doctor’s advice on precautions and medicine they are required to take.
