Rawalpindi: The Infrastructure Development Authority of Punjab (IDAP) is inviting applications from the business sector and interested partners to develop the mega infrastructure project ‘Rawalpindi Circuit House’, according to news sources. Interested collaborators from the private sector are asked to submit their applications by April 7.

As per the sources, the government is preparing to construct the first ‘Rawalpindi Circuit House’ – a massive development that will encompass all the district’s administrative offices in a single building. It was highlighted that the said circuit house will be equipped with all modern amenities and will be developed with an estimated cost of PKR 1 billion.

The building will spread over 24 kanals and will have at least five floors. The covered area of the building will be 84,466 sq ft. Reportedly, the IDAP is seeking collaborators from the private sector. Presently, the 22 administrative offices in the Rawalpindi District are spread all across the city, which causes operational delays.
