Rawalpindi: The Parks and Horticultural Authority (PHA) recently announced its campaign for the beautification of Rawalpindi, starting from July 25, according to a news source. This campaign has been named ‘Join Hands with PHA for Revival of Rawalpindi’.

Chairman PHA Asif Mehmood requested the help of the youth to make this campaign a success. He reportedly said that young volunteers are helping out in order to beautify the city, and are making it clean and green again. The aim of the campaign is to make the city picturesque while also inculcating a sense of social responsibility in the citizens.
All volunteers will receive certificates of appreciation from the PHA at the end of the campaign. At the authority’s meeting, members of the PHA have been provided with a strategy for the beautification campaign.

The plan includes an introductory and training session for the people, training sessions on various social problems, Plant Distribution Week, Cleanliness Campaign Wall Memorial Week, among other projects and campaigns.
