Rawalpindi: Prime Minister Imran Khan will inaugurate two luxury trains, Sir Syed Express and Jinnah Express, in the last week of March – a news source reported.

The Railways Carriage Factory will hand over 30 coaches to the Railways Ministry by March 21. A work order was recently issued to this effect. Employees of the carriage factory will receive a bonus of PKR 3,000.
Jinnah Express will be inaugurated on March 23. It will travel from Lahore to Karachi. Similarly, Sir Syed Express will be launched on March 30. Passengers travelling on this express will be able to reach Karachi from Rawalpindi within 18 hours.

The service facilities planned for these trains include air conditioned coaches, sofa seats, internet access, modern restrooms, and luxury berths. Moreover, passengers will be able to book these rides three months ahead of their planned journeys.
