Justice Bandial observed that the decisions would be made as per the feasibility reports prepared by experts and that the authorities concerned had to ensure that the future development of the project would be more public-oriented. The future biddings regarding the project will consider the needs of the public and all stakeholders and parties are permitted to file replies to the report submitted by consultants, he added.
