Faisalabad: The Rafi Group has warned the public about the fake housing schemes operating in Faisalabad under their name, according to an announcement published on the group’s official Facebook page on July 15.
The group clarified that the only projects they are working on include; the Green Palms housing project in Gwadar, and ongoing residential and commercial construction in Lahore. Rafi Group has clarified that it doesn’t operate or sponsor any initiatives in other cities around the country. The warning went on to say that they are aware of a group of local dealers in Faisalabad that are advertising and selling a housing development by using a similar brand name.
The company declared that they had no connection to the scheme being promoted in Faisalabad by the firm calling itself ‘Rafi Developers’. Thus, citizens are expressly cautioned to invest in such schemes at their own risk. Any monetary loss brought on by such a scheme will only affect the investors. Additionally, a lawsuit has already been filed against the said local dealers for using the Rafi Group brand. As a result, the court has issued notices to the aforementioned dealers and prohibited them from using the company’s name.
