Quetta: A committee formed to maintain the cleanliness of the city on the directions of Balochistan Chief Minister has divided Quetta into different zones for cleanliness and maintenance purposes, according to a news source. Earlier, the Balochistan Chief Minister had ordered the formation of this committee to be headed by Commissioner Quetta Division.
As a part of the cleanliness drive, machinery and staff have been mobilised to clean the roads and sewerage throughout the city. The report further added that this was being done in all the Quetta Development Authority (QDA) residential and commercial schemes under the supervision of the Municipal Corporation Director Malik Iqbal Kassi and Deputy Director Saifullah Khan.
