Ziarat: Prime Minister Mr Nawaz Sharif inaugurated the re-built Quaid Residency in Ziarat on August 14, 2014 and hoisted the national flag there.
The Quaid Residency had been damaged in a terrorist attack last year, and the government rehabilitated the building to its original shape. According to a news source, rehabilitation of the structure has been undertaken by prominent architect Mr Nayyar Ali Dada at a cost of Rs 140 million.
