Lahore: The Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Shahbaz Sharif has announced the provision of 25 buses for providing technical assistance in the computerisation of land records in Gilgit-Baltistan, according to a news report. The CM made the announcement in a meeting with a delegation of cabinet members and advisers headed by Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Minister Hafiz Hafeez-ur-Rehman.
The Gilgit-Baltistan CM thanked the people and the Government of Punjab for their support, and added that the Punjab CM had made the province a model for the other provinces. He also thanked the Punjab government for assisting Gilgit-Baltistan with PKR 1 billion for a 300-bed hospital being developed in Gilgit-Baltistan with their collaboration.
