Lahore: The Punjab government has decided to host public private partnership road show in Lahore to attract investors for the provincial government’s forthcoming megaprojects, news sources reported. From August onwards, the Public Private Partnership Authority will hold seminars and briefings and preparations for these events are reported to be already underway.

Aside from the road show, briefings on the mega-projects will also be organised for local and international investors. In addition, conferences on information technology, transportation, energy, and other sectors will be organized.
The Punjab government has committed to complete mega-projects totalling PKR 25 billion in the current fiscal year through public-private financing model.

Previously, Prime Minister Imran Khan also issued orders for legal issues related to Ravi City and Lahore Central Business District projects to be resolved on priority basis to ensure the execution of projects within the stipulated time.
