Lahore: The Punjab government has launched an ‘Electronic Traffic Challan Payment System’ and a ‘Time Scheduling System’ for the issuance of driving licenses to facilitate the public and restrict their movement amid the country’s ongoing coronavirus outbreak, according to news sources.
Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Sardar Usman Buzdar inaugurated the two systems to become operational in Lahore district, which are in its initial phase. These two online portals will assist with streamlining the performance of the City Traffic Police and bring it at par with the modern requirements. Use ATM cards for payment
Utilise ‘Easy paisa’ and ‘MobiCash’ smartphone applications
