Lahore: Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development and Management Company (FIEDMC) Chairman Mian Kashif Ashfaq has revealed that the Punjab government is aiming to completely occupy M3 Industrial Estate by the year end, according to a news source published on September 24.

He revealed this information in a ceremony held to offer allotment letter of five acres of land for the Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FCCI) Complex in M3 Industrial Estate. He also said that FIEDMC was considering to retrieve the land from the present allottees and transfer it to those who would initiate construction immediately. These allottees will be compensated in the next phase of M3 Industrial Estate.

Mian Kashif Ashfaq revealed that a business zone has been conceived in front of M3 – which will have a state of the art expo centre for regular exhibitions. He also highlighted in this industrial state a technical university and a commercial area will also be established in collaboration with Germany. A water treatment plant is also being installed to contain environmental pollution and fulfil a mandaorty condition of foreign investors.
