According to the details, these programs aim to support entrepreneurship and small businesses across the province. Under the Easy Business Finance Scheme, over PKR 36 billion in interest-free loans will be distributed.
Each eligible individual can access loans of up to PKR 1 million, benefiting an estimated 30 million applicants. The loans will be repayable in easy monthly instalments over five years. Eligibility criteria include being a resident of Punjab, aged 25 to 55, and meeting financial prerequisites such as active filer status and no default history with financial institutions.
The application process for this scheme is facilitated through an online portal at akf.punjab.gov.pk. A dedicated toll-free helpline (1786) has also been set up to assist applicants and provide guidance regarding the scheme.
The Easy Business Card Scheme is tailored to support start-ups and small businesses. This program offers interest-free loans of up to PKR 1 million, which can be repaid in monthly instalments over three years. Eligible individuals residing in Punjab, including men, women, transgender persons, and individuals with special needs, can apply via akc.punjab.gov.pk.

The Easy Business Card enables users to make vendor payments for purchasing raw materials, cover government fees, taxes, and utility bills, and withdraw up to 25% of the loan amount in cash. The initiative also aims to simplify financial transactions and provide operational flexibility for small businesses.
