Sialkot: The Government of Punjab has approved the establishment of 26 land revenue record centres in Gujranwala, a news source reported. The land revenue record centres will be established at qanoongoyi level and the revenue department officials are looking for suitable locations for the record centres.
Two of the new land revenue record centres will be established in Tehsil Saddar Gujranwala, one each in Kamoke, Wazirabad, and Nowshera Virkan tehsils and four land revenue record centres will be established in Sialkot, Narowal, Gujrat and Hafizabad districts for providing quick services to the people.
These centres will make the registration of transfer of land records easier and issuance of fards will become quicker as well, saving time.
