Lahore: The Punjab Government is set to introduce the “Chief Minister Punjab Model Cart” for the first time, with plans to deploy 1,000 carts across 19 locations in the initial phase. The news has been sourced on September 2.

According to the details, these carts have already been stationed along LOS Road as part of a pilot project. Each cart will feature a unique barcode number and will be placed from Morriya Pul to Delhi Gate.
The project includes establishing model cart markets at several key locations, including Service Road Shahdara, Shadman, Pir Makki, Outfall Road, Kharrak Nala on Multan Road, Thokar Raiwind Road, Bhati Chowk Raiwind, Madar-e-Millat Road Green Town, Kacha Jail Road, Gajjumata Ferozepur Road, Makka Colony, Peco Road, Harbanspura, Lal Pul, and Ashfaq Chowk Pepsi Road.

Additional model cart markets will be activated at GT Road Cooperative Store, Begumpura GT Road, and Daroghawala Chowk. Deputy Commissioner Lahore, Saeed Musa Raza, will oversee the implementation at all 19 locations.
