Lahore: The Punjab Food Authority (PFA) is facing shortage of land for its new offices, so it has demanded 96 kanals of land, according to a news report. PFA officials wrote a letter to Lahore Development Authority (LDA) for the purpose.
In the letter, it has been explained that PFA requires 8 kanals for its headquarters, 4 kanals for each of its divisional offices, and 2 kanals for each of its district offices where PFA could provide a better work environment to its employees.
It has also been demanded in the letter that LDA sell PFA 96 kanals of land. It has also been stated that if land can’t be sold, then it should be leased.
