Faisalabad: Punjab Chief Secretary Azam Suleman has issued directives to launch an operation against filling stations found operating without no-objection certificates (NOCs), a news source reported. Not only will such filling stations be sealed but their equipment will also be confiscated, he stated.

The Chief Secretary ordered the authorities concerned to seal these filling stations in Faisalabad as well as other cities of the province. He expressed his views on the matter during the All Punjab Secretaries Conference on Thursday.
At the same time, he also issued instructions to the relevant officials to process the applications already submitted for NOC issuance.
Speaking on the prices of food products, he said that the same prices should be implemented for food products in Faisalabad and the rest of the province.

Additionally, he also directed the relevant officials to publish the names of the candidates who pass National Testing Service (NTS) examination on its website.
