Lahore: The Punjab government has decided to set up a complaint resolution cell at the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) to resolve traders’ concerns and issues, news sources reported on February 23.

The cell, which will be established as an extension of the government of Punjab, will address issues related to ease of doing business, complaint resolution, and the difficulties faced by industries and businesses in the region. In addition to this, the government would also reinstate the Punjab Chamber of Commerce Coordination Committee (PCCCC) for expedited complaint resolution and resource allocation for the provincial industries.

During a visit to the LCCI, Caretaker Minister for Industries Ibrahim Murad said that the municipal services, parking, encroachment, and other problems of traders will be resolved on a priority basis.
