Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Maryam Nawaz has announced the launch of the ‘Karobar Card’ scheme to support small businesses across the province.

The decision was made during a meeting in Lahore on Saturday. Under the Karobar Card scheme, loans ranging from PKR 100,000 to PKR 1 million will be provided to small business owners.
Additionally, the ‘Chief Minister Aasan Karobar Financing Scheme’ was approved to support medium-sized businesses, offering loans of up to PKR 30 million, repayable over five years. CM Maryam emphasised that these initiatives aim to create employment opportunities while promoting the business and industrial sectors in Punjab.
