Lahore: The Punjab Aab-e-Pak Authority on Wednesday approved the PC-I and other administrative matters formulated by authority officials to initiate its recruitment process, according to news sources.

Under the leadership of authority’s chairman General (retired) Nawaz Saleem Mela, a three-member human resources (HR) committee has been constituted. The recruitment process for hiring consultants and other staff members is to be initiated from the next month. These decisions were made in the Aab-e-Pak Authority board meeting held at the Governor House of Punjab with Punjab Governor and Aab-e-Pak Authority Patron-in-Chief Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar chairing the meeting.

Sarwar reiterated his resolve to supply safe, clean and drinkable water to the people of Punjab at all costs. He said that the authority would make every effort to ensure complete transparency and merit in the recruitment proceedings.
