During the session, the CDB Punjab technical team presented detailed insights about the Walton Road project. They emphasized that the primary objective of this project is to address the longstanding issues related to sewage and drainage in the Walton Road vicinity. To achieve this, CBD Punjab plans to implement a separate sewage system, effectively diverting it from ADA Nullah. Moreover, the authority intends to establish a dedicated sewage line running from Walton Road to Hadyara Drain. By doing so, ADA Nullah will be exclusively utilized for rainwater management.
