Rawalpindi: Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC) has decided to lease off 5.5 kanals of its land in the city’s most expensive Mall Road area, reported a news source. The plot owned by the PTDC is located next to Flashman’s Hotel.
PTDC has formally granted the approval to lease the plot. Tenders in this regard will be invited in October this year. It is one of the most expensive properties owned by the corporation. According to certain estimates, PTDC can earn PKR 13.7 million per annum.
