Rawalpindi: A team of the Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) on Thursday arrived in the city to conduct a survey for installing CCTV cameras, a news source reported.

The PSCA teams are working to develop safe city projects in five big cities, including Rawalpindi, of the province. The authority also plans to establish a CPO Complex and a command, control and communications centre in these centres.
PSCA recently carried out an evaluation procedure required to set up its integrated command, control and communications centre (IC3-project) in Rawalpindi.

PSCA Chief Operating Officer (COO) Akbar Nasir Khan expressed his views on the matter during a meeting. Officials of the city administration and Rawalpindi Police were all present at the occasion.
