Rawalpindi: The Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) has successfully carried out an evaluation procedure required to set up its integrated command, control and communications centre (IC3-project) in Rawalpindi, a news source reported.

PSCA Chief Operating Officer (COO) Akbar Nasir Khan recently expressed his views on the matter. Officials of the city administration and Rawalpindi Police were all present at the occasion.
The participants were informed that Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar wants this project to be completed on a priority basis.

Moreover, the meeting decided to take action against the contractor responsible for delaying the project. PSCA also decided to approach the Planning & Development (P&D) Department in a bid to secure funds for the proposed venture.
