Islamabad: The Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Housing and Works and Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation (FGEHF) have invited proposals from well-reputed engineering/consultant firms for the Prime Minister’s initiative of building five million affordable homes, reported a news source.
The experienced firms having valid registration in the relevant category by Pakistan Engineering Council or Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners can purchase RFP Documents from Employees Housing Foundation’s office in G-10/4 Islamabad or download it from FGEHF’s and PPR’s official website. The form is to be submitted with a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 latest by 11 AM, November 5, 2018.
The technical proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders on at the same at 11:30 am in the FGEHF Office in G-10. The successful bidders will be required to submit a performance guarantee along with 10% of the bid amount.
