The prices of properties up surged notably after Eid Ul Fitar in different localities of Pakistan.
Mr. Ali from Al-Muzammil Estate, Islamabad said, “The property prices in Islamabad increased remarkably after Eid Ul Fitar and difficulties arose in fulfilling the demand. Especially in DHA phase 2, the demand spiked notably”.
Mr. Sohail from HA Associates, Lahore said, “In 3-4 months, property prices have amplified, demand increased after Eid ul Fitar and sale/purchase of properties up surged especially in Gulberg.”
Mr. Iftikhar from Sahil Consultant, Karachi said, “After Eid, demand for commercial properties skyrocketed, especially for the residential and commercial properties in DHA Phase 8.”
Experts expect that the property prices will flourish further in the looming time. It is expected that prices are likely to increase even after Eid Ul Azha and one of the major contributors of this price increase after Eid Ul Azha will be the funneling of investment by overseas Pakistanis.
