Karachi: Fostered by the improved law and order, property prices in the city by the sea have continuously been on the rise over the last few months.
According to Zameen.com’s statistics used by Reuters, property values in Karachi hiked up by a whopping 23% last year. Furthermore, 134 residential and commercial projects were launched, clearly indicating increased demand for real estate developments.
