Per Zameen.com’s stats recorded during December 2014, the average sale price of 5-marla residential plots in DHA Lahore Phase VI was Rs 5,616,963. The average value of these plots back in January 2014 was Rs 5,233,333, and by the end of the first half of the year, their value had increased by 13.46%. Unfortunately, though, the trend couldn’t continue during the second half of 2014. Between June and December, the average value of these plots experienced a price drop of 4.87%. So, the overall price gain seen by 5-marla residential plots in DHA Lahore Phase VI during 2014 was 7.33%.
Price trends – 10-marla plots
Unlike 5-marla plots in Phase VI, 10-marla plots had a more successful 2014. The value of these plots continued to rise throughout the year with an average per month rise of 1.36%. By the end of 2014, 10-marla plots in DHA Lahore Phase VI were 15.99% more expensive. Per Zameen.com’s stats recorded in December 2014, the average rate of 10-malra residential plots there hovered around Rs 11,787,561. Please note that their value back in January 2014 was Rs 10,162,434.
Price trends – 1-kanal plots
During 2014, the price trends noticed for 1-kanal plots is similar to that of 10-marla plots, as their value also did not drop throughout the year. As recorded by Zameen.com, the average sale price of 1-kanal plots in January 2014 was Rs 14,945,859, and by the end of the year, their value had increased to Rs 16,568,073, a price gain of 10.62%. According to our stats, the first half of the year 2014 was more rewarding for these 1-kanal plots.
